Sanitizing line for zootechnical sector

Pre-Frab

• Liquid foaming sanitizer based on hydrogen peroxide, studied for the udder cleaning and sanitizing before the milking. Its regular use prevents the bovine mastitis, disease that causes cutaneous reddening and irritation caused by the milking.

Post-Frab clx

• Udder immersion protection for post-milking based on chlorhexidine, softening and skin-protecting substances. It creates a protective barrier around the nipple between a milking and the next one; thanks to this protection, it reduces the bacterial load and the intrusion of microorganism and at the same time, the skin perspires. The product does not trickle, irritate the nipple and is devoid of systemic effects.

Podal-Frab

• Sanitizer based on glycolic acid for bovine footbath. Efficient against the hoof infections and, in serious case, also against lameness. The sanitizing action, thanks to surfactants and adjuvants, is not effect by degradation when it is exposed to pathogens. The products is efficient and stable at room temperature and also at low temperature; it does not chafe the skin and does not cause pain to cows.

 

MILKING PLANTS

Sani-Frab pro

• Alkaline chloroactive sanitizer based on baking soda, indicated during recirculating washing or during spray manual washing. Ideal for the removal of protein substitutes, fats, starches, organic remains and for the sanitizing of all washable surfaces. Ideal also in presence of heavy water.

Sani-Frab nitro

• Inhibited phosphonitric descaler, indicated during recirculating washing or during spray manual washing for removing of organic or inorganic contamination.
